Learning First
This is an educational platform designed for skill development and knowledge sharing. Respect the learning environment and help create a positive experience for all participants.
No Attacks on Infrastructure
Do not attempt to attack, exploit, or compromise the CTF platform, servers, or underlying infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to:
- DDoS attacks or flooding
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the hosting environment
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in the CTF framework itself
- Social engineering attacks against organizers or participants
Automated Tools Policy
- Manual exploration and analysis are encouraged and expected
- Automated tools (scanners, brute force tools, etc.) are prohibited unless explicitly stated in a challenge description
- If a challenge permits automated tools, it will clearly state this in the challenge text
- When in doubt, solve manually first
Rate Limiting & Respectful Usage
- Do not spam requests or overwhelm challenge endpoints
- Respect any rate limiting in place
- If you encounter errors, pause before retrying
- Report technical issues to organizers rather than attempting workarounds
Collaboration & Sharing
- Team collaboration is encouraged where permitted
- Do not share flags or direct solutions publicly during the event
- Feel free to discuss approaches and techniques in general terms
- Help others learn without giving away answers
Fair Play
No Cheating
- Do not attempt to view other teams' progress or solutions
- Do not share flags between teams (unless explicitly team-based)
- Solve challenges through intended methods when possible
Flag Submission
- Submit only flags you have legitimately discovered
- Do not guess or brute force flag formats unless the challenge requires it
- One flag submission per challenge unless otherwise specified
Consequences
Violations of these rules may result in removal from the CTF and all points removed from the rankings.

When stuck or encountering issues:
- Read challenge descriptions carefully
- Check for hints or additional resources
- Contact organizers for technical problems
- Remember: this is about learning, not just winning
